Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
Pelvic floor dysfunction can affect bladder and bowel control, core stability, sexual health, and overall comfort. Symptoms such as leakage, pelvic pressure, pain with intimacy, lower back discomfort, or a feeling of heaviness are common—but they are not something you have to live with.
Our Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy program provides confidential, evidence-based assessment and treatment tailored to your individual needs. With your informed consent, care may include both external and internal examination to accurately evaluate pelvic floor muscle function, coordination, strength, and tension patterns.
Treatment focuses on restoring optimal pelvic floor function through gentle manual therapy, neuromuscular retraining, breathing techniques, core rehabilitation, posture correction, and progressive strengthening exercises. We also provide education on bladder habits, load management, and return-to-exercise strategies to support long-term improvement.
