Jane So is a registered physiotherapist with a deep fascination for human movement and function, coupled with a genuine care for the well-being of others. Her passion for helping people led her to pursue an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University. During her time there, Jane played on the Varsity Women’s Lacrosse team for four years, experiencing firsthand the importance of physiotherapy through her own sports injuries. This inspired her to continue her education with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University, which she completed in 2009.

Whether returning to sports, work, school, or daily activities, she works closely with her team at Lakeside to ensure that each client’s physical goals are fully achieved.

In her spare time, Jane enjoys training for sprint triathlons and spending time in the garden, blending her active lifestyle with her love for the outdoors.

Sharan Sandhanwalia grew up with a passion for sports, health, and wellness. This keen interest drove her to pursue a Specialized Honours Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Kinesiology at York University. After graduating with the highest distinction, she continued her education at the University of Toronto, completing a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2009. During her studies, Sharan expanded her clinical experience through challenging internships at renowned institutions such as The Hospital for Sick Kids, Toronto Rehab, and Toronto General Hospital.

Sharan has pursued extensive clinical training and certifications to enhance her expertise:
