Post-Concussion Syndrome Rehabilitation
When concussion symptoms persist beyond the expected recovery period, it may be classified as Post-Concussion Syndrome (PCS). Ongoing headaches, dizziness, fatigue, brain fog, visual disturbances, neck pain, anxiety, and difficulty concentrating can significantly affect work, school, sport, and daily life.
Our Post-Concussion Syndrome rehabilitation program focuses on identifying and treating the underlying contributors to persistent symptoms. This may include vestibular dysfunction, cervical spine involvement, visual tracking impairments, autonomic nervous system dysregulation, and exercise intolerance.
Through a comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment plan, we provide targeted vestibular therapy, cervical rehabilitation, graded aerobic conditioning, visual retraining, and symptom-guided progression strategies. Rather than prolonged rest, we emphasize structured, active recovery to support nervous system regulation and long-term improvement.
